The community offers a variety of modern, luxury apartment floor plans with open layouts, chef-inspired kitchens, and high-end interior finishes. We have studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options.
Do apartments include in-unit laundry?
Yes. All apartments at The Breeze include in-unit washers and dryers for added convenience and everyday ease.
Does the community offer oceanfront or boardwalk access?
Yes. The Breeze offers direct access to the boardwalk and is located along the oceanfront. The boardwalk is accessible from the community, and entry into The Breeze from the boardwalk is secured for residents only to ensure a private beachfront living experience.
What fitness and wellness amenities are available?
Residents have access to indoor and outdoor fitness centers, a tennis court, a designated yoga room with scheduled instruction, and outdoor zen gardens.
Is there a swimming pool at The Breeze?
Yes. The community features a resort-style outdoor heated saltwater pool, along with a hot tub and cabana area, designed for relaxation and outdoor socializing.
Is The Breeze a pet-friendly community?
Yes. The Breeze is pet-friendly and includes an on-site dog park and dog wash spa, making it easy for residents to care for and enjoy time with their pets.
What are the pet policies at The Breeze?
As much as we love our furry friends, there are a few community guidelines in place to help ensure a comfortable environment for all residents. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on property, except when inside the designated dog park. Please note that pets are not permitted in the lobby, pool deck, or BBQ areas.
The Breeze also requires a one-time pet fee of $750, along with a monthly pet rent of $50 per animal. While there are no weight restrictions, certain breeds are not permitted, including Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Malamutes, Chows, and Akitas.
What pet amenities does The Breeze offer?
The Breeze is designed with pet owners in mind and offers several convenient amenities for your furry companions, including a 24/7 pet spa and an on-site dog park where pets can play and socialize.
Where can I walk my dog near The Breeze on the boardwalk?
Unfortunately, per the City of Long Beach regulations, dogs are not permitted on the Boardwalk. However, many residents enjoy walking their dogs along Broadway, which is a popular nearby alternative.

Yes. Our community hosts a robust social calendar with resident events and activities that encourage connection, engagement, and an active lifestyle.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes. The Breeze offers a secure on-site parking garage for residents, providing added convenience and peace of mind.

You can schedule a tour or request more information by calling 516-212-6653 or completing our contact form. Leasing hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm.
What is the commute from Long Beach to NYC?
Residents at The Breeze enjoy a seamless commute. The Long Beach LIRR station is less than a mile away, providing a direct 55-minute ride into Penn Station or Grand Central Station. By car, residents can reach Manhattan in about 45–60 minutes via the Meadowbrook State Parkway, Southern State Parkway, and major NYC bridges and tunnels, depending on traffic.
Where can I shop for groceries near the boardwalk?
Living at The Breeze apartments on the Long Beach boardwalk puts you minutes from convenient grocery options. Stop & Shop is the closest full-service supermarket, about 0.5 miles away with a pharmacy on-site. Bob’s Natural Foods offers natural and organic groceries nearby, and Key Food serves the West End. All are an easy walk, short drive, or accessible by Long Beach’s trolley and local taxi services.
Are there bike paths near The Breeze?
Yes. The Breeze has direct access to the boardwalk, which has a dedicated bike lane running 2.2 miles from Neptune Blvd to New York Ave. The center part of the boardwalk is for bikes, and it’s popular with cyclists, joggers, and pedestrians year-round. You can ride the full length to beaches, restaurants, and the West End, making it ideal for an active lifestyle.
Is the boardwalk open year-round?
Yes. The Long Beach boardwalk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round for walking, biking, and running. Living at The Breeze means you have direct access any time of year. Beach access and lifeguard services are seasonal, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, but the boardwalk itself never closes.
